Thanks to Rich’s background working with elite athletic environment and working with sports injuries, he is especially thorough when it comes to warm up and preparation for exercise. You will learn your own body and what it can do, problem solve and prepare your best every time you work with Rich.
Pulseraiser, mobility and stretching, band activations and injury screening is just for starters. Then on to the main part of the session. You will learn compound lifts, olympic lifts, functional full body movements, stabilisation and unilateral work. Depending on your goal and preferences, Rich can implement anything from Kettlebell, Med ball, ply box and Boxing Training.
Rich will push you as you put in the work and will apply methodologies from german volume training, drop set, superset, giant set and pyramid sets. You can learn to focus on isometric, eccentric or power outcome. Rich also has a background managing a classes studio and is well versed in HIIT, Tabata, Spin, Strength, Buddy PT and Conditioning classes.
